The tour will start in Cison di Valmarino, with a visit to the beautiful medieval castle "Castelbrando" and the Follina’s Abbey. From there, we will drive on the panoramic Prosecco’s Road (Via del Prosecco), surrounded by the wineries where the famous sparkling wine is produced. Admire the charming hills and breath-taking scenery.
Small break to visit the popular “Osteria senz’Oste” (literally:  Inn/Tavern without host). Tasting of wine and “cicchetti” (typical street food), in a selected wine cellar or at a local event.
Lunch at the agritourism; we will celebrate the first day with a barbecue, Prosecco DOCG and fresh produces. In the afternoon visit to a renowned apiculture located at the foot of the Montello hill, and tasting of different types of honey and local cheeses. Dinner at a local restaurant with red wines and typical dishes from the Montello: polenta (corn meal), Chiodini mushrooms and delicious potatoes’ gnocchi home-made!

DAY 2:
Visit to Possagno, home town of one of the most famous neoclassic sculptors: Antonio Canova. In this enchanting town you will find a small church in every tiny street.
Visit to the museum at him dedicated and to the annexed collection of plaster casts. Observe the original models of his sculptures, the drafts in terracotta, the drawings and the paintings.
Explore the Neoclassic temple, beautifully situated in an elevated position compared to the rest of the city, and from where you can enjoy an amazing view of the city. Move to Maser, and have lunch in a typical tavern with salami (and other different kinds of cured cuts), local wines, cheeses, honey and mustard from Veneto. The tavern is located beside Villa Barbaro, masterpiece of Andrea Palladio and completely frescoed by Paolo Veronese, which we will visit after lunch.
Dinner in Asolo, another jewel city in the Treviso’s province.

Today you will be the protagonist! The whole morning will be dedicated to purchase the fresh produce, at the market or at the farms.
In the afternoon, we will take part of a cooking lesson. Put yourself in the shoes of a real Italian chef, using the food you carefully selected in the morning. Expert cooks and sommeliers will be beside you in this unforgettable experience in the middle of hills and wineries. Buon Appetito!

Opportunity to visit picturesque lavender fields during the day.

We will embark in Malcontenta (Venice mainland) to navigate and visit the fascinating Veneto’s Villas along the Brenta river. This route, filled with art and history, was the same used by the Venetian Burchiello in the 17th century. The Burchiello, typical venetian vessel used to transport passengers, had a spacious wooden cabin with 3 or 4 balconies finely decorated. This watercraft was used by the wealthiest families to get from Venice to their Villas in the countryside.
We will dock in Dolo to enjoy a seafood lunch, paired with great white wines from the Colli Euganei.
We will continue our sailing all the way to Padua, where we will disembark and have dinner.


Relax with a peaceful walk in the Serenissima’s Woods, an enchanting place rich in history.
During the supremacy of the Serenissima’s Republic (Serenissima is another word used to indicate Venice), this forest was established as Protected Area and was used to supply the arsenal of Venice and to build the foundations of the whole city. Currently, is one of the most important natural area in Veneto since it’s plenty of bio diversity and home of delicious goods such as olive oil, wine, potatoes, mushrooms, chestnuts, cherries and honey.
Visit the “Jonathan Collection”, the only aeronautical museum that “actually flies”. Assist to a flight demonstration in the spot where the Piave Valley opens up to the Pianura Padana (Padana’s plain). This airfield is located in the same spot where many of the bloodiest battles took place during the First World War, such as The Battle of the Piave River.
Dinner tonight will feature local dishes.
